Workers send a short message and their availability when applying. Posters review each applicant's profile — including their rating, jobs completed, and reviews — and choose who to hire. Once hired, the worker gets the full address and job details.
When a worker is hired, the poster's payment is captured and held securely — not released to anyone yet. This protects workers from non-payment and gives posters peace of mind that money only moves when the job is actually done.
Once the job is done, both the poster and worker confirm completion in the app. When both sides confirm, the escrow releases automatically and the worker is paid within 24 hours. Then both parties leave reviews to build the community.
