At 14, I wanted to build a gaming computer. My parents had a simple answer: if you want it, go earn it yourself. So I went door to door through my neighborhood, knocking on strangers' doors and asking if there was anything I could do to make a few dollars.
Six months later, I had enough to build it. But something stuck with me. Going door to door worked — but it was inefficient, awkward, and honestly, I was doing work for neighbors who felt sorry for me rather than for people who genuinely needed help.
I knew there had to be a better way. A way to connect people who truly needed tasks done with people who genuinely wanted to work — with real pay, real accountability, and none of the awkwardness.
We're building the infrastructure for local work — making it easy to find, book, pay for, and complete everyday tasks in any neighborhood.
Whether you need help or want to earn — Chores is free to join and takes less than two minutes to get started.
